3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of services available on 5rrr4, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold one active account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances associated with any duplicate accounts.

Registration Requirements

• You must not impersonate any other person or use false identity information. 5rrr4 may carry out identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Account information must be kept current. You are responsible for updating your details if they change after registration. Outdated information may delay withdrawal processing.
• 5rrr4 reserves the right to close any account where the information provided cannot be verified or is found to be materially false.

Password and Account Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 5rrr4 will never ask for your password by phone, email, or chat. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified 5rrr4 of a security breach immediately upon becoming aware of it. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

5rrr4 accepts deposits through the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh. All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. These are the primary deposit channels and process instantly in most cases.
• Bank transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.

• 5rrr4 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits. All deposits must be in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits in foreign currencies are not supported.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, 5rrr4 will contact you to arrange an alternative method. All of the following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal is processed:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is approved. This includes identity verification and, where applicable, payment method verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before funds subject to those requirements can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before meeting rollover conditions will result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and bonus winnings.
• 5rrr4 processes withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 5rrr4 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request as part of its anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in withdrawal cancellation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5rrr4 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentive schemes to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published on the relevant offer page at the time the offer is available. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the 5rrr4 platform:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual offer page. No bonus is withdrawable as cash until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household address, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5rrr4 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, or assisting another person to circumvent the one-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hand information in live card games, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that exploits the platform.

5rrr4 employs fraud detection and account monitoring systems. Detection of prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds in the account, and notification to relevant financial or law enforcement bodies where legally required.

7. Responsible Gaming

5rrr4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a strategy to resolve financial difficulties. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you fund your 5rrr4 account. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced (not increased) without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: cap the maximum amount you can lose within a set period. Once a loss limit is reached, further wagering is blocked until the limit resets or is reviewed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5rrr4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if 5rrr4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 5rrr4's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

5rrr4 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability. 5rrr4 will use reasonable efforts to restore availability promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

10. Account Termination

You may close your 5rrr4 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any outstanding bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding verification requirements being satisfied.

5rrr4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, or where continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform or other players. Where an account is terminated by 5rrr4 for cause, any balance in the account may be forfeited in full.

11. Amendments to These Terms

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
